The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by M&N Creative Solutions. All work is carried out by M&N Creative Solutions on the understanding that the customer has agreed to these terms and conditions.

M&N Creative Solutions reserves the right to use the services of other vendors and any work, content, services and usage is bound by their Terms and Conditions.


Payment
Payments must be made in full prior to sending order to press.

Payments may be made by cash, check, major credit card, or Paypal.

You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment. There is an option on the invoice to pay via credit card or debit card.

Returned checks will incur an additional fee of $50 per returned check.

Publication and/or release of work done by M&N Creative Solutions may not take place before cleared funds have been received.


Approval of Final Work
We will supply low-res JPG or PDF proofs for customer approval.

While we take care to avoid errors, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct. The customer should double check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approval. M&N Creative Solutions is not responsible for any errors contained in the final product after approval has been given. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, the customer is responsible for payment of all original costs and printing. No refunds will be given after job has gone to print due oversights in proofreading.


Color Proofing and Matching
With all printing, there may be some color variations from what is seen on screen or on previous orders to what the final product looks like. Screen proofs can be used to help display layout, text accuracy, image placement and proportion, but not color. Also, the appearance of printed colors in final products may be affected by the type of coating chosen. Therefore, we do not guarantee colors in any way. M&N Creative Solutions cannot be held responsible for matching colors on screen/monitor colors, previous orders or proofs provided by customers.


Returns and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an error in print quality, we will work with our vendor to attempt to re-print the order. Any decision made on whether to reprint or not will be made at their sole discretion.

Any defects discovered must be reported to M&N Creative Solutions within 2 days of receipt. There will be no returns or refunds after that point.


Portfolio & Design Samples
Unless specifically requested not to, M&N Creative Solutions reserves the right to showcase any/all work created in the course of a project as part of a portfolio on M&N Creative Solutions’ own website, for demonstration purposes and to use any designs in its own publicity.


Source Files
Charges for design work do not cover the release of our copyrighted design source files or high resolution versions of the final artwork. If the customer requires these files they will be subject to a separate charge.


Turnaround Time
All turnaround times are given in working days only.


Fees for Service and Charges for Other Services
It is agreed that the fee for the requested service shall be the cost estimates provided via email or other media. Approval of artwork constitutes acceptance of the estimate.

If changes are made to the project or additional services are required, these additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before the final invoice is sent. Also, additional charges for graphics will be applied if any pictures or illustrations are needed through stock sites.

Depending on the vendor used to print the final product, shipping charges may apply.


Copyrights, Trademarks and Intellectual Property
Copyright is retained by M&N Creative Solutions on all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled.

If a choice of designs is presented, only one solution is deemed to be given by M&N Creative Solutions as fulfilling the customer’s request. All other designs remain the property of M&N Creative Solutions, unless agreed in writing and applicable fee is paid.

By supplying text, images and other data to M&N Creative Solutions for inclusion in the customer’s project, the customer declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. By supplying images, text, or any other data to M&N Creative Solutions, the customer grants permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design.

The customer agrees to hold M&N Creative Solutions free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the customer not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions.

Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by M&N Creative Solutions on behalf of the customer, will remain the property of M&N Creative Solutions.


Cancellation
In the event that an order is cancelled before being sent to press, the customer will be responsible for any design work completed until the time of cancellation. However, once the job has been sent to press, there is no option for cancellation and the customer is responsible for all charges.


Submission of Artwork or Graphics
No changes will made to any files given to us which are to be sent directly to print. Artwork must be submitted in CMYK format. M&N Creative Solutions cannot be held responsible for any color shift that may occur in conversions from other formats to CMYK. Images, designs and artwork must be submitted with a minimum of 300 DPI. If any changes to the files are required, extra charges will apply.


Alterations
The customer agrees that M&N Creative Solutions holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party, before or after a design is published.


Final Size
The size of a final printed product may vary slightly. Normal acceptable printing standards are approximately 1/8 of an inch difference. This means, for example, if the item is to measure 4 x 6, the final size can really be as small as 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 (3.875 x 5.875). This is due to inevitable tolerances in the paper mills, on the presses, and on the cutters.


Folding
When a job is folded, there may be inevitable “cracking” along the folded spine. This happens because when you fold, you are slightly tearing/ripping a layer of the paper, which gives it the “cracked” appearance. There is nothing that can be done to prevent cracking.


Rights of Refusal
M&N Creative Solutions will not include in its designs, any text, images or other data which it deems to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal. M&N Creative Solutions also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason.


Disclaimer
M&N Creative Solutions makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, for any and all products and/or services that it supplies. M&N Creative Solutions will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from products and/or services it supplies. While we take reasonable steps to investigate the materials we recommend, we accept no responsibility for the performance or quality of materials or any consequential loss arising from their failure. The customer agrees not to hold M&N Creative Solutions responsible for any such loss or damage.


Confidentiality
It is agreed that M&N Creative Solutions shall not at any time either during the continuance of the work outlined or thereafter, divulge any of the confidential affairs of the customer or any of its clients or associated companies to anyone whatsoever.


Changes to Terms and Conditions
M&N Creative Solutions reserves the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.


Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The placement of an order for design and/or any other services offered by M&N Creative Solutions constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and forms a contract for business between the the customer and M&N Creative Solutions.
